    I have made this recipe two times. The problem is how many cups of bread to use. The first time I made it I had no problems but this time I had some problems getting the portion bread to equal the portion of liquid. After changing baking dishes a couple of times adjusting the portions, I got it right. I think I used about 12 to 15 cups by the time it was finished. I will make this again. Very delicious. Also try pouring the sauce over the pudding and letting it be absorbed instead of putting it on individual servings.
