In place of water I used beef stock, a splash of worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. It was GREAT!!!!

I goto the Light Lunch a few times a week. The stew burger is a great change from a regular burger. I like them dry with cheese. I had them "wet" with sauce and they were good as well. If you've never been to George's Light Lunch in Bethlehem, PA check it out. His Cheese Steaks are awesome!!
