This is a definite keeper in my house. i did make a few adjustments though. I have to cook for 6 and try to have it last until the next night...(if they don't eat all the first night...lol. So I used about 2 1/2 pounds of chicken but should have used the full 3 1/2 that I had...lol. I also did not use the noodles and instead made a side of jasmine rice (fam was out so I didn't want the noodles to abso the juice and become fat. I skipped the nuts also. It was a rave and almost didn't make it for lunch or possible dinner the next night. Will definitely try it again and hopefully get to use the noodles.
