- One 8-ounce jar roasted red bell peppers, rinsed and drained
- Vegetables, for serving, such as carrots, cucumbers and celery, optional
- Sliced baguette, for serving, optional
Combine the hummus and roasted red peppers in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with vegetables and baguette slices, if desired.
