Well I gotta tell ya sunshine!! this recipe is so delicious that even my 13 year who eats only meat and pizza rolls had two helpings!! The best thing I discovered was the technique for grating the onion and garlic and tomato, holy canoli made this dish taste like it was fresh from the garden! yummo!!
