    I was not happy with this one.:( I used almonds instead of peanuts. The show or recipe did not let me know that the sugar would clump and then melt. Luckily, I make Flan alot and I saw how it would happen but a beginner will not know this. Also, it was VERY difficult to get it off the cooling tray. You should definitly use a silpat. I probably will not try this again.
