Melt the sugar into the heavy cream and milk over low heat. Allow to cool overnight.
Stir in the vanilla, and then mix according to your ice-cream maker's instructions. About 2 minutes before the ice cream is finished, add the almonds, chocolate candies and chips, peanuts, peanut butter chips and raisins. Freeze overnight.
