Four star recipe. The basil salt and garlic mayo really elevate these fries. Pay attention to the cut size of your potatoes - our thinner fries burned. I am looking forward to using the basil salt on meats, potatoes and pasta in the future. The garlic-lemon mayo was delicious on our veggie burgers.

These fries are deliciously sweet, yet when dipped in the garlic mayonnaise they have a wonderful tangy flavor. My main course was taking longer than anticipated so I served these fries as an appetizer. My sons loved the idea and polished them off. I liked the idea that they were baked and not fried.
