This is one of the best Manicotti recipes that I have ever made. My wife has Celiac Disease, that means I make two different dishes but the same. I used a boxed manicotti for us and I made Gluten-Free crepes for my wife. She loved this dish we all loved this dish. I will make this with crepes for all of us the next time. This Recipe is a Keeper
