BAM! Prepared this putenesca for use with grilled catfish. The fish this way was absolutely great, but became secondary to the putenesca. My wife and I alone finished the entire lot! Dang it was good! We're talking about making it for use with pearl or perhaps smaller couscous. It seems like it would be a natural marriage.
