So easy and so perfect. I doubled the recipe as well and served mine with green beans and mashed potatoes. No leftovers unfortunately, everyone ate it all. Oh, my mother does not like tarragon at all and devoured every bite.

Very tasty!!!! I made this dish last night....the cream sauce is like velvet....!!!! I doubled the recipe....we had the leftovers for dinner tonight....it reheated beautifully in the microwave...the sauce was just as good as when originally cooked. I steamed fresh green beans...and we had another great meal...!!!!

The tarragon and scallions gave the chicken a wonderful taste. It was quick and easy, my husband loved it also!
