Followed the recipe exactly and found it be pretty sorry for a recipe and concept that sounds terrific and even after seeing Tyler and the guy make it. Don't waste your time or money. It is not sweet as one might expect and not much on flavor. If I were to do it again, I would use King Arthur block caramel in it, add much more sugar, and maybe eliminate the egg in the dough, plus I would add cinnamon to the caramel on the bottom for more flavor. big disappointment.
