Ingredients
- 8 fresh mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig, for garnish
- 1/4-ounce fresh lemon juice
- 6 ounces chilled sweetened tea
- 1 1/2 ounces peach schnapps
- 1-ounce bourbon (recommended: Maker's Mark)
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass or shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
