Trim the hard edges off of the cinnamon roll and slice through the soft middle of the roll. Dip each slice of the roll in the beaten eggs to coat, and then place on a hot griddle to cook, about 2 minutes per side. Serve the cinnamon roll French toast with the bacon, eggs, ham, sausage, some crispy hash browns and maple syrup for drizzling.
