Add 4 of the basil leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add the tequila, lime juice, pineapple juice, simple syrup and bitters. Fill with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass with one large cube of ice. Garnish with prosciutto or bacon and a basil leaf and sprinkle with a pinch of cayenne.
