Chill a martini glass in the freezer.
Shake the vodka, vermouth and a splash of the garlic-stuffed olive juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
Garnish with the garlic-stuffed olive and pickled garlic on a toothpick.
