  1. Preheat the oven to 600 degrees F.
  2. Stretch the dough to 8 inches in diameter. Sprinkle the red pepper evenly over the surface. Distribute the figs evenly over the dough leaving a 1/2-inch border for the crust. Spread the gorgonzola and mozzarella evenly over surface. Bake on a pizza stone for 6 to 8 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking. Finish with a drizzle of honey and some black pepper. Serve hot.
