  • Two 1/4-inch slices triple creme Brie cheese 
  • 2 thick slices white French bread
  • 4 thin slices prosciutto
  • 1 generous tablespoon strawberry preserves
  • Butter, for brushing


Lay the Brie on both sides of the bread, and then spread a layer of the strawberry preserves on top and add the prosciutto. 

Close the sandwich, brush the outsides with butter and cook in a panini press until golden brown, 3 minutes.
