Ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 pineapple, peeled and diced
- 1/4 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/2 red finger chile, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh Thai basil, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions
In a large bowl, toss together the mango, pineapple, melon, chile, basil, cilantro, ginger, honey, and lime juice, and let stand for 10 minutes so the flavors meld. Divide the fruit salad among wineglasses, and garnish with the black sesame seeds.
