Deep-fry or bake the tater tots until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a platter.
Heat a large saute pan until hot. Add the canola oil, then add the bacon. When the bacon is halfway cooked, add the pineapple and onions. When the bacon is almost finished cooking, spread the bacon, pineapple and onions into a thin, even layer, keeping the ingredients close together. Top with the cheese.
Once the cheese is fully melted, pour the Kicker Sauce over the tater tots. Remove the bacon-pineapple-onion-cheese patty from the pan and place on the tater tots. Dig in and enjoy.
