This recipe is great b/c I don't have to use the cream of mushroom can. I added more celery and broccoli, the veggie serving suggestion wasn't enough. Also this dish can be bland if you don't add some sort of herbs or spice - I added garlic when cooking the onion, more salt and pepper, and a little hot curry - amazing! I also added some cheddar and half-n-half. Also used penne pasta. Definitely too much crust/topping, so I put less and had my own seasoned bread crumbs with parmasan. All in all, this dish is alright, but you MUST add flavor.
