I live in Florida and it's 95 out and this soup still hit the spot. I used cannellini and black beans. The black beans added another layer of color. Wonderful soup.

This recipe is sooo tasty and tummy warming. I live in Michigan and this fits the bill for those cold snowy nights. With crispy warm bread....this can't be beat. Thanks Emeril.
