    This is the BEST meatloaf receipe that I have EVER made! It was moist, flavorful and the relish just makes it soooo better. My only omition was the pork - I used ground turkey and turkey bacon. Thanks Tyler!

    This is BY FAR The BEST meatloaf recipe we have tried (and eaten! This is now my GO TO recipe for Meatloaf!!! YUUUMMM... (we never have leftovers, which is a shame, because I would definately eat it throughout the week The relish is quickly sauteed and used for inside, on top, and later as a topping for the mashed potatoes I prepare to serve with this moist, tasty and soon-to-be ALL GONE meatloaf! The recipe does not have to be followed exactly, a little more or a little less of an ingredient doesn't make much of a difference in the ending result. The bacon on top really makes it LOOK nice and adds wonderful flavor.
