Just an observation, watching the show it did NOT show any sauce being added to the angle hair pasta before it was put on top of the eggplant, but when the camera showed the pasta being placed on top of the eggplant before rolling it up, it definitely had been mixed in sauce; it was red!
There needs to be more attention paid to the details.

This was a great recipe. My husband does not usually like Eggplant but when I made it this way he loved it. I will make it again.

I prepared this for a housefull of young ladies who loved it. Substituted mozzarella for the caciocavella and handmade spinach angel hair pasta. Tasted great!! I would definitely make this again for a special occasion.
