    I must confess... I used parts of Tyler's receipt (milk and roux as a base for my own Mac & Cheese. I use dry seasonings instead and let them seep in the milk. For the cheeses, I use a combination of cheeses I am feeling for that particular day, but cheddar (white and yellow is always used in the dish. Still comes out delicious!

    This is my new go to mac and cheese. I did everything as directed except the thyme. It tasted great. I like the milk infusion. But Tyler, why no breadcrumb topping!!
