Love this recipe and Tyler Florence!!! At first I was kind of intimidated by all of the ingredients but they worked so well together, the mushrooms added the perfect touch! Will definitely make again : Amy Meredith Hutson

Tyler Florence is fantastic. His ideas are well thought out, with a twist. His books are wonderful, however his recipes on the Food Channel, even though a few years old, stand the time. The salmon with creamed leeks is so good. The mushrooms in the rich veal stock gravy, O my gosh.
