OMG, never made bbq sauce from scratch & am so glad I picked this one for my first! Absolutely great on spare ribs & chicken. So simple & quick to make, but the ultimate comes in on the second day. As a good spaghetti sauce, it tastes even better the second day. I now make my sauces from scratch.

Easy recipe to make. On the sweet, gooey, messy-eating type of ribs. Think saving 1/3rd of sauce for service time is sufficient. I didn't see Tyler make this recipe on TV but what does "Heat a 2-count of oil..." mean?--what's "2-count". I like Tyler's cooking so I made it anyways. With 2 cups ketchup and 1 cup of peach perserves is like candy ribs. I discard 50% of the new recipes I make as I'm always seeking for something better but I did keep this one. Try it, you'll like it.
