    This is a keeper. I made this in advance and let is sit in the fridge for a day and it tasted very nice. I made a few adjustments. As I can't use store bought mayo (Soybean Oil issues for us Breast Cancer survivors, I used Heinz Salad Cream. Wow, it really added a lot more flavor than just mayo would anyway. I skipped the sugar and didn't miss it.

    Thank you Tyler for a good basic, yet versatile coleslaw recipe for those of us that need a little guidance.
