Served this at Easter with modifications after doing a test run.
The sabayon was excellent, the pudding a little too sweet and the madelaines were a complete disappointment, but I was skeptical the moment I saw baking powder in the list of ingredients.
In the end I used fresh berries instead of glazed oranges because the pudding was so sweet. And I made orange madelaines from my usual recipe. Fabulous!
