    This was my first time attempting vegan baking. These cupcakes were awesome and I happened to have just about everything on hand with the exception of the vegan "margarine" and maple extract. I substituted a butter flavored extract and the icing had a salted caramel taste. I've had several requests for the recipe from vegetarians/vegans and meat eaters alike. Will definitely keep these in my cupcake rotation!

    I love to find great vegan food without hard work these cupcakes were easy and came out great I did not have maple extract but just used more vanilla and did not have walnuts and did not have soy milk but the almond milk did just fine I also did not have cupcake liners but just spray the tin and they pop out fine I will make these again they are moist and the icing is so good I wish I doubled the recipe thanks for this great cupcake
