    I just made these and they were terrific. My husband loved them! We are vegetarians so this will make a great addition to our collection of 'main dish' recipes. The prep work takes up some time and then there's all the 'cooling' time, but it was all worth it and in the future I think I'll double the recipe and then freeze in serving-sized portions. Be sure not to cut short the cooking times of the veggies at each stage, each stage helps develop more flavor. And mine were a little larger than 'golf ball' size (to get 24, but so good!
