I just want to point out that the video says to bake this for TWO HOURS, which seems reasonable considering it's size. I wonder if seasoning and roasting the squash- and perhaps the sweet potatoes too? ahead of time might contribute to the flavor (since a previous reviewer found it bland) -maybe subbing some of the salt for additional spices as well. I'm still looking forward to trying this, but maybe with these changes after reading the first review. I had to rate this to publish, so I gave it a 3 because I love the idea of it but haven't yet tried to make it.

    disappointing.
It was very hard to hollow out the squash (as seen in the picture and the stuffing quantity was too much for the actual filling space; also, it was not very tasty (we followed the recipe to the letter!. Luckily, our guests had to cancel, or I would be embarassed.
