The meatballs are drool-worthy and the sauce/dressing is perfectly balanced. Little heat, little sweet, little savory and packed with flavor. The recipe makes it look like a lot of work, but it's all prep. Most of the dish is make-ahead friendly and if you substitute ground pork like I did, you save a ton of meat grinding and processing time. If you feel like trying something new, try this- even if you just make the meatballs in place of your fav stir fry meat!
