This is a perfect recipe. I made changes only because I had my homemade beef stock in the freezer. To that I added the next few ingredients. Hubby and I agree, it's the best Pho we ever had. We are so lucky to live in California, and have all ingredients available to us. The thing to remember is, the broth is what makes a good Pho. Add the packet of ginger, star anise, pepper corns, fish sauce, and your base is ready for the condiments.5 stars for this recipe.
