I was excited to try the recipe, but disappointed. I didn't like it because it had a bitter taste. The lemon and nonfat yogurt just didn't work for me.

I made this a few weeks ago and thought I'd have some left over to take to lunch the next day, but my picky daughter and my husband inhaled it all! I loved it and obviously they did too! It's a really quick and easy dish to put together after work!
I'm making it again because my husband said, "Hey, lets have that chicken waldorf salad for dinner again!"
It is really good!

Really good. Easy to adjust based on season. I used some dried cranberries in place of grapes and chick peas in place of the chicken to go veggie this time. Also instead of the lemon juice, I used some apple cider vinegar because that is what I had and thought it would be a good choice to pair with the apples. Super versital as you can see and very yummy!
