I was never a fan of sweet potatoes...until I tried this recipe. Now I know that bananas and pecans are the key! I will never look at sweet potatoes the same way again.

LOVED THIS SOOO MUCH! ii just started cooking and this was my favorite dish of all for thanksgiving. The bananas add to the sweetness of the dish, i only used 2 instead of three. Plus the crumbled topping is excellent. Its almost like eating a soft piece of pie...Delicious. I had a whole pan to myself. About 8-12 servings.
