    This recipe tastes just like how the Vietnamese/Chinese restaurants in Houston make it. Oh so good. I have never cooked crab before, so buying them fresh and chopping them up wasn't as intimidating as it sounds. I halved the amount of chili oil and didn't add any whole chili peppers at all since I'm a sissy, but it had just enough spice for me. The sate sauce was wonderful and is versatile enough for all types of seafood dishes!
