  • 1/4 cup boiled and shelled clams 
  • 1/4 cup prawns boiled and shelled
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • Juice of 1 kaffir lime, plus leaves shredded
  • 2 tablespoons sliced lemongrass, soaked in salt and lime
  • 2 tablespoons sliced shallots
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 1 galangal, minced
  • 1/4 cup boiled scallops
  • 1/4 cup diced boiled red snapper fillet
  • 1/4 cup sliced squid
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red chili (prig khee noo)
  • Mint leaves and coriander leaves, for garnish


Mix together the clams, prawns, fish sauce and lime juice. Add the lemongrass, shallots, garlic and galangal and mix well. Add the scallops, snapper and squid. Garnish with the lime leaves, crushed red chili and mint and coriander leaves.
