Bill is as far from home as possible on mainland Australia, in the remote northwest where red cliffs roll up from white sands and soar along the edge of clear turquoise seafood-laden waters. The warm climate gives rise to mango, coconut, banana and a whole range of exciting new dishes... Then long red roads lead Bill into the cattle country of outback Queensland where over a thousand head of prime Australian organic beef cattle are up for muster. It's hard and dusty work, but Bill relishes the challenge as much as he does attempting souffle for fifty at the local race meet!
