Moroccan cuisine is a great mix of North African spices and great, fresh Mediterranean ingredients. It's also full of simple one-pot meals that anyone can throw together for a weeknight meal. Bobby makes a flavorful Chicken tagine stew with saffron, cumin, apricots, and a spicy-cool harissa sauce on the side. And it wouldn't be Moroccan without couscous, so dig in to Bobby's couscous with currants and almonds, plus a side of carrots in a lemon vinaigrette. The warm flavors are cooled with a cinnamon orange dessert, and washed down with Bobby's own berry-flavored cocktail, the Zingertini.
