Chefs Jo Lusted and Aldo Lanzillotta go 'glamping' to create a gourmet three-course meal using only the ingredients and tools they can find in rural cabins that have no power or running water. Chef Jo cooks a coffee crusted beef with crispy leeks and grilled vegetables and a Morrocan seared tuna with avocado puree and toasted hazelnut with Morrocan costume wearing David and his son Brendan. Chef Aldo reluctantly shows his nature loving side with Jessica and amateur chef Jackson in a cabin without walls to make small mouth bass with tomato curry and roasted prawns and a strip loin with grandma's zucchini, roasted pepper and garlic chips. Our judges of friends and family gather to taste the food. Who will be the winner?
