Chef Robert helps Episcopal Academy's class of 2007 celebrate their graduation with a meal for six hundred. He will have six hours, three Philadelphia school district lunch ladies and one sous chef. Using the un-prepared food product originally planned for the event, whatever is leftover in the kitchen, and limited funds, Chef will plan his own celebratory buffet for the party. Some of the hurdles he will encounter are: a pop quiz by the head-master, conflicts with the school chef and using pre-ordered food from the school. All of this must be accomplished by the time the graduates make their ceremonial walk to the tent for dinner at 7:30PM.
