On August 29th 2005, Hurricane Katrina devastated much of the gulf coast and obliterated almost all of Biloxi, Mississippi. Over the past two years, Hands On Gulf Coast has been working hard to rebuild the city, house by house. Now the city of Biloxi is celebrating the re-birth of their city through a thank you dinner for the volunteers and the residents in the community-which is where Chef Robert Irvine comes in!
