In this challenge, Robert heads to the Hershey West Chocolate Factory in Hershey Pennsylvania to receive his mission. He must feed 150 factory workers, executives and guests a gourmet 5-course plated dinner by 7 PM incorporating chocolate into each course. He must head over to the Hotel Hershey where the meal will be prepared and served. Not only will he have to incorporate chocolate into each dish, but only one dish can be dessert, and since it is the 100th Anniversary of the Hershey Kiss, Robert must use the Kiss in one of his dishes.
