Next, anything goes at the Carte Blanche trailer in Portland, Oregon, where they're serving Coconut Shrimp with an Apricot Bourbon Sauce and a Fried Banana Shrimp Sandwich with Peach Coleslaw. Then, we're in Louisville, Kentucky, at The Grind Truck for gourmet melted Brie and Bacon Burgers. The final stop is in Vancouver, British Columbia, where Le Tigre truck's modern Asian cuisine has the locals going wild over favorites that include Sake-infused Rice Bowls with Poached Egg and Pork Belly and a Roast Chicken Sandwich.
