In Portland, Oregon, James Cunningham discovers that The Dump Truck has overturned expectations of the traditional Chinese dumpling by stuffing them with tasty American Classics like a Bacon Cheeseburger, Eggplant Lasagna and even good old fashioned Apple Pie. James then cruises to Indianapolis for muy bueno Mexican Korean tacos from the West Coast Tacos truck, and in San Antonio, he finds gourmet international cuisine like Duck Confit Tacos and a Thai Red Curry with jumbo lump crab at The DUK Truck. Lastly, James gets all fired up for Firemen Derek's Pies in Miami, Florida, where fresh-squeezed Key Lime, Chocolate Caramel Flan and a New York-Style Cheesecake with homemade Strawberry Sauce are just three of the hottest choices.
