Next up is Snout and Co. in Seattle, which is delivering Cuban-influenced comfort food with Southern roots, like a homemade black bean burger and a pulled pork sandwich with meat that takes 24 hours to prepare. Then visit Toronto, Canada, to put in some quality eating time at Smoke's Poutinerie, where the menu is loaded with variations on Canada's most famous dish. The final stop is in Orange County, California, where you'll flip over perfect pancakes at the Crepes Bonaparte truck.
