Next up, in Minneapolis a veteran chef is handcrafting astonishing dishes at Gastrotruck, where specials include a Peruvian Alpaca Meatloaf Sandwich and a B-BLT with Beer Braised Pork Belly and Pork Jowl Bacon. Then we sail into Toronto, Ontario, for handheld seafood delights from the Buster's Sea Cove truck, and finally we park up at the Soho Road Trailer in Vancouver, British Columbia, for traditional Tandoori Chicken and Mint-Infused Lamb Kebabs.
