First up we're cruisin' to Minneapolis, for handheld seafood delights with the Smack Shack Truck where you can dine on a New England style Lobster Roll served with a creamy, lemon aioli on toasted milk bread or fresh-cut Mahi Mahi Tacos with Jalapeno and Spicy Mayo! Next we're in the streets of Montreal, Quebec, with the Nouveau Palais truck for gourmet burgers galore! Then we're curbside in Miami, Fla., for classic Italian comfort food at the Mangia Mia truck where best sellers include "The Smasher" meatball sandwich served on garlic toast with housemade marinara and a Fusilli Mac 'n Cheese with six cheeses, bacon and toasted, herbed breadcrumbs! And finally the Zenbu cart in Portland, Ore., is hand crafting the tastiest sushi rolls in town. Signature dishes include the 'Sellwood Roll' with tempura battered shrimp and seared ahi tuna and even a Soft Shell Crab Burger with crushed-chili fries and spicy mayo!
