Charlotte, N.C., is one of the nation's fastest growing cities, which means Eden has a lot of ground to cover as she eats her way around the world in 24 hours! She kicks off her trip by making pickle sandwiches and bubble tea at a Taiwanese market run by a mother and daughter team followed by dinner at a Jamaican restaurant. Then she's off to a Serbian bakery to make traditional Paisano bread in the wee hours of the morning. Eden follows that up with learning to make Venezuelan arepas and then a spicy traditional Korean breakfast. Final stop: Bombay sandwiches from India and a little Bollywood dancing.
